Integrating Spheres

Integrating spheres are ideal for reflectance measurements of rough surfaces and measure sample spot sizes up to 8 mm. Integrating spheres also are available for irradiance measurements.

Collimating Lenses

Collimating lenses are curved optical lenses that allow users to control the field of view, collection efficiency and spatial resolution of their setup, and to configure illumination and collection angles for sampling.

Cosine Correctors

Cosine correctors are optical diffusers that couple to fibers and spectrometers to collect signal from 180° FOV. Correctors measure spectral irradiance of a plane surface in air or other media.

Lens Holders & Mounts

Ocean Insight offers optical lens holders, fixtures and mounts for manipulating collimating lenses in various measurement setups. Holders position lenses and can be adjusted to accommodate various samples.

Cuvette Holders

We offer cuvette holders and cell fixtures for absorbance and fluorescence sampling. Both discrete and direct-attach holders are available and integrate seamlessly with our spectrometers, light sources and optical fibers.

Cuvettes

Plastic and quartz cuvettes are available for absorbance and fluorescence. Quartz cuvettes are durable and versatile; plastic cuvettes are a low-maintenance alternative to quartz for absorbance measurements.

Flow Cells

Flow injection analysis cells are great for absorbance and fluorescence of fluids used in process monitoring, lab setups and teaching labs. Z-type cells are available in a variety of materials, pathlengths and internal volume units.

Absorbance Standards

Absorbance standards are handy for verifying the photometric accuracy of your spectrometer. Standards are packaged as UV or Vis kits, with a background reference for low, medium and high absorbance solutions.

Reflectance Standards

Specular and diffuse reflectance standards are designed for measurement of sample surfaces. Standards are available for high or low specular reflectivity; diffuse standards come in Spectralon or PTFE materials.

Filter Holders/Filters

Ocean Insight offers accessories for controlling, filtering and attenuating light. Options include optical filters for high-pass, bandpass and balancing needs and holders for accommodating filters in optical setups.

Linear Variable Filters

Linear Variable Filters (LVFs) are great for setups where high pass, low pass or bandpass filters are required. LVFs are designed so you can move the transmission or blocking band through each filter’s wavelength range.

Sample Stages

Optical stages are versatile accessories for reflection and transmission measurements of flat substrates. Versions are available for single-point reflection and multipoint reflection/transmission measurements.

Raman Sample Holders

Ocean Insight offers sample holders for Raman analysis of liquids and solids. The holders accommodate probes from 9.5 mm-12.7 mm diameter, plus 1 cm pathlength cuvettes, vials and SERS substrates.

SERS Substrates

Surfaced Enhanced Raman Spectroscopy (SERS) substrates amplify weak Raman signals by many orders of magnitude, enabling trace level detection of samples including pesticides and narcotics.

Raman Laser Safety Glasses

Safety glasses offer great protection from laser light without sacrificing visibility or comfort. Options are available for use with laser excitation wavelengths including 532 nm, 638 nm, 785 nm, 808 nm and 1064 nm.

Interchangeable Slits

Interchangeable spectrometer slits -- round SMA aperture-slit assemblies -- are available for most Ocean Insight spectrometers. Slits can be purchased individually or as a kit, in diameters from 5 µm to 200 µm.
