The QE Pro-FL is ideal for low light level applications such as fluorescence. This robust spectrometer has back-thinned, TE-cooled CCD detector and is preconfigured for fluorescence measurements from 350-1100 nm. The QE Pro-FL’s dynamic range performance ranks it among the highest sensitivity miniature spectrometers available today. This is especially significant for applications such as fluorescence, where signals may be weak and minimum detectable sample limits are often challenging.
