The USB4000-XR1 is a miniature spectrometer useful for solar irradiance measurements, atomic emission line analysis, plasma monitoring, process applications or any other UV-NIR measurements.

The diffraction grating provides coverage from 200 to 1025 nm. A special order-sorting filter is applied directly to the detector to eliminate second- and third- order effects. And it fits into the palm of your hand. You can always customize your measurement with our wide array of sampling accessories and light sources.
